Meet the Team

Matthew Poulin | Principal

 Matt founded Reliable Insurance Solutions after being in the insurance industry for over two decades. He prides himself in being an active member of his community and has been an avid supporter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation; serving as both a Wish Ambassador and Board Member. Matt has also volunteered as a mentor in the Special Olympics, served as Financial Director of the YMCA Board of Directors and served on the Board of Directors of a Sportsmen Club.  As a member of the Knights of Columbus, Matt strives to help the greater good and formerly served as a Selectman for the Town of Bow. 

 Zandra Fillmore | Producer 

As a New Hampshire native, Zandy grew up in Concord and graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1990 before starting her career in the insurance industry. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking and spending time with her family.  

Thomas Poulin | Customer Service Representative

 Thomas is a lifelong Bow resident who graduated from Bow High School in 2016 and went on to graduate from Plymouth State University in 2020. He joined the Reliable team in October 2022 and recently earned the Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Along with being a stand-out customer service representative, Thomas is also an active member of the Army National Guard. He enjoys hiking in the White Mountains and other outdoor activities. 

Morgan Tomes | Customer Service Representative

 Morgan joined the Reliable team in 2020 and quickly became an asset to the agency. After becoming licensed in 2020, she went on to earn an Accredited Customer Service Representative designation in both commercial and personal lines in 2021. Her attention to detail and spit-fire attitude are the perfect complement to Reliable’s work environment.
 

Rick Dukelow | Customer Service Representative

Rick proudly served in the United States Air Force for 4 years as an Avionics Technician for F-15's, A-10's and U-2's. He came to join Reliable Insurance Solutions in July of 2023 after moving from California to New Hampshire for a change of lifestyle. In his prior roles, Rick was an account executive, account manager, a liaison and mentor for various companies within the insurance industry.  Rick enjoys an active lifestyle - playing disc golf, hiking, playing with his dogs, and exploring all New England has to offer.
 

Emily Bibbo | Administrator

 Having joined forces with Matt in 2011, Emily is a strong supporter of Reliable Insurance Solutions.  She is a licensed producer and focuses her energy on keeping the office running smoothly.
